Yoga exercises, stretches, and relaxation techniques for parent and baby!
Baby Yoga runs as a four week course at the Hightown Community Sports and Arts Centre, Concorde Street, Luton, LU2 0JD.
The cost for the entire course is £30 per family and booking must be in advance as spaces are limited. Health forms must be completed prior to starting the Baby Yoga course.
In one short session, babies are given as much physical activity as they would receive if they has been handled and carried all day
This activity will help them sleep more deeply and improve their sleeping patterns
