Rhythm Kids Exercise Class is an extension of baby massage and baby yoga - babies are fully clothed during the class - and mum (or dad!) sings nursery rhymes to baby whilst exercising - mum also has to move about a bit too - so skirts are not advised!!
Rhythm Kids takes place at the Hightown Community Sports and Arts Centre, Concorde Street, Luton, LU2 0JD.
